Working at Cabella School keeps you in touch with reality. Children bring you directly to the essence of things. As a mirror, they make you see yourself in the light of the truth... it is tough sometimes, but also satisfying and joy-giving.
And just when you think you are the luckiest person in this world to have the blessing to be here, they come and tell you: "I'm so lucky to have you, auntie!"
We bow to Shri Mataji in thankfulness for a beautiful term of learning and growing together. It has been a great joy to see our class 1 children proudly reading their first sentences or our class 2 children writing their first book. We found the class 3 boys all around the school experimenting with magnets. For their history project, class 4 went out to interview Sahaja Yogis and Cabella villagers about Shri Mataji’s first arrival in Cabella. And class 5 children impressed us with their growth in awareness of their own vibrational state: “Auntie, we feel the left side a bit hot. Can we work with candle?”
Cabella School is a place of learning and growing for both children and staff. Under the bandhan of attention of Shri Mataji we are pushed to improve ourselves in every aspect, deepen our values, listen to and learn from everyone – from the children in the first place.
For the coming months and years, we are working on expanding and articulating our understanding of Sahaj Education, and on getting the school accredited. While getting Cabella School more rooted, we are also looking for possibilities to expand, so more children could benefit from this amazing opportunity for growth.
We bow to our Holy Mother and seek Her blessings. May we be worthy of Her attention and may we please Her in our thoughts, decisions and actions.
Cabella International Sahaja School wishes you all a very happy Christmas!
The bells sing in the night
The Christmas tree is smiling with light
The little snowflakes jump on the ground
They are playing with our football, which is big and round
They grab our leg when we walk on them
You can see snow climbing up a tree stem
The gifts are sleeping on the floor
There comes a noise, it’s the opening door
Christmas is great
At Christmas we see our smiling fate
Ananya, class 4
