After the Vishnumaya Puja, an intensive week of Sahaja culture, collective meditation, vibrational seminars, and musical evening programs were offered at the World Festival, organized by the WF in collaboration with the hosting countries. As the pace relaxed a little the yogis could spend time together between the Pujas enjoying the collective and deepening their vibrational experiences.
The days would start with collective meditation and relaxation exercises, vibrational workshops and seminars after breakfast. Very much appreciated was the Women's Forum in the Nirmal Temple, held on Monday, where yoginis from all over the world talked and exchanged their experiences in Sahaja yoga. Also, a popular choice was the Sahaja Roots workshops offered twice during the week. After the evening programs, the joy of collectivity would culminate with a dance workshop, where young and old took part dancing different styles like the waltz, the polka, and the Latin salsa. A great success was the show of ‘Sahaja Yogis Got Talent’ and musical sessions by professional musicians and dancers.
On Wednesday, over 200 yogis joined the Matterhorn trip to Shri Ganesha Swaymbu, to meditate there and reap the benefits of the cleansing vibrations.
